T. Andrew Caswell has served on NWPA Pride Alliance's Board since 2017. Andrew grew up in West Virginia and graduated from Bethany College in Bethany, WV in 2000. He moved to Erie in 2013 after graduating from the University of South Florida with a Ph.D. in Psychology. He is currently an Associate Professor at Gannon University where he studies gender and sexual prejudice.
